Remote, rural, or hard-to-access locations may incur additional shipping charges due to the increased cost of delivery to these areas; if applicable, this will be communicated before your order is finalized.

Standard furniture delivery is made to the threshold or first dry location and does not include in-home placement or setup.

White Glove Delivery

White Glove Delivery is available as an upgraded delivery option on eligible furniture. This service includes delivery into the home and placement of the furniture in the room of choice. The delivery carrier will coordinate directly with the customer regarding scheduling and any building access requirements, including elevator reservations, designated delivery hours, or other restrictions.
