For any damage, defect, or shipping issue, customers must inspect their order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours with clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item.

If a manufacturer defect cannot be repaired, the available resolution may include a refund, store credit, or replacement, depending on the supplier’s policy and the nature of the issue.
